Paul Natkin

Chicago is home to Paul Natkin, one of the country’s most prominent performance photographers. He toured with The Rolling Stones on their ’89 Steel Wheels Tour, Keith Richards solo tour and is well known for his stage work with some of the most prominent blues and jazz players in the country. In the business since 1976, Paul has numerous magazine, album cover and promotional assignments to his credit. Paul is as proficient in the studio as he is on location. While his performance photography conveys all the immediacy and excitement of the moment, his studio and portrait work is more thoughtful … intimate, revealing and beautifully composed. When not behind the camera his has been known to take on the role of tour manager for a number of Chicago based bands, as well as handling Brian Wilson’s tour in 2000. His work is a must for the Rock-n-Roll fan and a pleasure for those who appreciate the photographic arts.
